We are writing to you as a patient of The Limes Surgery. Please share this letter with any other members of your household who are also registered with the practice.
You may be aware that services at the practice are provided by a group of GPs and other clinicians working together as part of an organisation called Lea Valley Health.
Lea Valley Health have a contract with NHS England and Improvement to provide care at The Limes Surgery. From 1 February 2022, this contract will transfer from Lea Valley Health to Dr Brar and Dr Rana, who have been GPs at The Limes Surgery for the past three years. They are both forward-thinking GPs and want the best for the patients of the surgery. They will lead the surgery under the name of Zenith Medcare Ltd, and they will be keeping The Limes Surgery name.
We are writing to you about this change in management and also to reassure you that there will be no changes to the services provided at The Limes. You do not need to take any action when you get this letter. The GPs, practice nurses and their supporting team at The Limes Surgery will continue to look after you and your family as they have in the past and all current staff along with Dr Silva, Dr Patel, Dr Banane and Dr O’Sullivan will continue to work at the surgery.
