A new telephony system – Surgery Connect (X-on) will replace the current system late Morning on the 29th February 2024.

The new technology will still offer multiple phone lines but will also offer patients call-back functionality, helping us to better manage demand and provide more detailed reporting.

Surgery Connect is integrated with SystmOne, our clinical system.

There is no change to the surgery’s phone number 01992 450040.
